Teamwork
I endeavor to only send out healthy dahlias, with intact necks and at least one eye. If there is a problem with a tuber please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and I will do my best to help. Please include a picture so I can better understand the problem.
I guarantee that the kind you order is the kind you receive, so please notify me if your tuber blooms differently than what you expected and I will try to get you the correct varietal.
If there is a problem with tuber storage and I cannot provide the tuber you selected then I will provide either an exchange of your choice or a refund.
Shipping
Tubers will start to ship out in early April through early May, weather depending. If you would like earlier shipping you can add a heat pack to your order for $7 and include a comment with preferred shipping week. For local pick-up, we will email you when your order is ready.
If your larger order fits nicely in a smaller box, I will refund difference of the shipping cost.
Tuber Return Policy
To start a return, simply email me at hhfamilyfarm@gmail.com. Please include photos with your request. If your return is approved I will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please notify me before sending back any items.
General guidelines
Ensure your address and email are correct! We need your email to contact you if any issues arise with your order. And remember, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages if the address is incorrect.
